Cooperstown Concerts Celebrates a Groundbreaking
2025–2026 Season Featuring Extraordinary
Performances and Experiences

2026-2027 Season Opens in the Fall

Cooperstown Concerts wrapped up our 56th season in April, completing an exciting lineup of popular events that drew over 1,200 people from across the region. The season featured seven diverse performances—six of which sold out—alongside outstanding audience reviews, popular food, beverage, and lodging offerings, enriching educational content, and three first-ever events.

Across all events, Cooperstown Concerts created inclusive cultural experiences that welcomed all audiences, strengthening both community connections and the local economy.

We appreciate every person who came to a show, and every sponsor, donor, and partner who supported us. Thanks to all for helping to keep the music playing!

Season Highlights

We presented a dynamic mix of jazz/funk, folk, Indian, country, rock & roll, and classical music in the 2025-2026 season. From the warmth and beauty of Eloise & Co. and Cerus Quartet to the full-on fun we had with funk band LamP, and premier guitar-playing from Follow the Muse and Loren and LJ Barrigar, the season showcased a wide range of music and experiences.

Season highlights also included three all-new events, each reflecting our commitment to making an impact across our community in different ways:

  • Our inaugural Diwali celebration with Kiran Ahluwalia in October. The community-focused event brought 175 people together across the region in the celebration of light with music, dancing, insights, and Indian foods. The Diwali event marked our largest undertaking to offer experiential events to wider audiences across the region—events that go beyond performances to immersive and participatory experiences that celebrate different cultures.
  • Our first doubleheader concert during Cooperstown Winter Carnival, featuring two rock & roll tribute bands celebrating Tom Petty and The Allman Brothers. These high-energy shows helped everyone chase the winter blues away as we forgot the frigid temps for a few hours and danced and sang the night away in the warm company of friends, family, and fellow music lovers.
  • A new educational collaboration with performers, as we partnered with the saxophone group Cerus Quartet to offer a special, free session for local students. Before its evening concert at the Fenimore Art Museum, Cerus spent time with 400 Cooperstown Central School students, presenting an interactive program to show students the versatility of the instrument and all different kinds of repertoire that the saxophone quartet can play.

Each of the season’s events were held at beautiful regional venues, including The Otesaga Resort Hotel, the Fenimore Art Museum, and Fenimore Farm & Country Village. And, throughout the season, we worked to further enhance concert-going experiences with social lounges, dance floors, food partnerships, educational programming, and collaborations with local hotels, businesses, and arts organizations.

The feedback on our 2025-2026 season has been fantastic, and we look forward to building on these experiences.

2026-2027 Season Opens in the Fall

Looking ahead to the new season, we remain committed to our mission to bring world-class live music close to home. We want every Cooperstown Concerts event to be more than a show. It’s about coming together to enjoy a memorable night out—from incredible artists and stunning venues to connecting with friends, meeting new people, enjoying new music, dancing, and even a place to stay.

Our new season will launch in the fall of 2026, and we’ll announce additional season details later this summer.
