It was a night of musical magic with the outrageously talented ArcoStrum at the Fenimore Art Museum on April 5. ArcoStrum has dazzled audiences around the world, and it was very exciting to enjoy this virtuosic musicianship and one-of-a-kind experience in an intimate theater setting so close to home.

The violin-guitar duo captivated concertgoers at the sold-out performance with their technical excellence, as well as their charm and unbridled creativity. With a multi-instrumental and genre-defying performance, ArcoStrum reimagined classical masterworks, Chinese traditional music, and modern rock. As they blended classical virtuosity with a pop sensibility (from Scarlatti, Bach, and Vivaldi to Nirvana, Michael Jackson, and more), ArcoStrum took the crowd on a groundbreaking musical journey – ending with the audience’s standing ovation for the thrilling and brilliant performance.
