Thanks to our supporters, Cooperstown Concerts raised more than $8,000.00 during Mohawk Valley Gives – surpassing our goal! We greatly appreciate the incredible generosity of everyone who donated.
Individual donations, and donations from of our matching partners – Cooperstown Concerts Season Sponsor Wayne Bank ($2,500) and Show Sponsor Bieritz Insurance ($1,000) – as well as numerous local businesses, will support our 2025-2026 season and beyond.
Cooperstown Concerts is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization, which has welcomed thousands of music enthusiasts to shows over the past five decades. But ticket sales don’t cover the costs of presenting these concerts, which is why support from our community is important and appreciated.
Donations as part of Mohawk Valley Gives will help us continue to keep the music playing, and to evolve and expand the ways we serve our region. Specifically, donations will:
- Support 2025-2026 season concerts: Helping us continue to bring high-quality, diverse, and globally inspired artists to the stage in beautiful venues close to home.
- Expand community awareness and engagement: Enabling us to reach a broader audience across the region.
- Deepen the community experience: Beyond the music itself, making our events places of connection, dialogue, and shared experiences, with a focus on creating attendee experiences, and collaborations with other local organizations.
- Strengthen organizational capacity: Helping us to invest in staffing, training, and technology so that we can continue to serve our community with professionalism, creativity, and care.
In short, these donations will help us continue to serve as a “home for live music” for our entire region.
