Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Use of Card: Cooperstown Concerts Gift Cards may be used to purchase tickets for Cooperstown Concerts–produced events only. Gift cards cannot be used for merchandise, concessions, parking, or events not produced directly by Cooperstown Concerts.
Balance & Redemption: The balance on this card may be used for multiple ticket purchases until the full value has been spent. To check your remaining balance, visit CooperstownConcerts.org or contact info@cooperstownconcerts.org.
No Cash Redemption: Gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
Expiration: Cooperstown Concerts Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to any service or dormancy fees.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced unless proof of purchase and card number are provided.
Non-Transferable: Gift cards are nonrefundable and may not be resold or transferred for value.
Fraud Protection: Cooperstown Concerts reserves the right to decline, cancel, or void any card suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized use.
Limitation: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
