Electro-rock band Jimkata captivates audiences across the country with their incredible music and energy, and a unique blend of alternative rock, synth-pop, and electronic influences. Now, they’re coming to Cooperstown.
Formed by lifelong friends from Ithaca, Jimkata has a nationwide reputation for a transformative concert experience with their electrifying music, powerful lyrics, and dynamic presence. The band’s high-energy performances and deep connection with fans creates a truly electric atmosphere like no other.
The concert in Cooperstown is one stop on the band’s nationwide tour celebrating the release of their latest album, Running in Place. The new album shows Jimkata at the top of their game…“blurring the line between rock band and electronic act, Jimkata is onto an entirely new era on stage”. Concertgoers will enjoy songs from the new album, as well as music from the band’s extensive catalog of critically acclaimed music.
Jimkata’s music has been described as adventurous, emotional, anthemic and beautifully synth-washed rock. With a focus on connecting with people and delivering a great time , there’s no doubt that Jimkata will take you on a joyride. And to make the most of this electrifying night, the show will feature a large dancefloor close to the band, with limited seating available.
