Mike Powell and The Echosound is a five headed sonic creature hailing from Syracuse, New York. Each band member brings his own personality who together combine equal parts Americana, folk, rock, blues and a little jam to create a fresh take on many of the favorite American musical traditions.

The Echosound came together organically out of a moment in time when a musical future was uncertain and cloudy. The unknowns of 2020 sparked a hunger to share our love of music and get back out in the world as soon as the opportunity arose. Creating original songs and sounds as well as delivering impactful high energy live performances are the driving forces behind the band. It’s evident from their live shows that Mike Powell and The Echosound carries with them a loyal and devoted following.
